This conversation table is part of a three-day immersion in Contact Improvisation on May 14–15–16. The program includes several workshops, a jam, a conversation table, and a performance evening. You are welcome to join one or multiple parts of the program!
The Conversation Table:
We will talk about Contact Improvisation and the reflections and questions that emerge within this practice. We ask questions, listen to each other's ideas and visions, get inspired, agree, disagree, change topics, reformulate, and perhaps—but likely not—arrive at definitive conclusions.
How do we do that? A table, six chairs, a large sheet of paper, markers and pens… and a conversation can begin. With words, images, and markings. Only those sitting on one of the chairs may speak or add something to the page. Five of the six chairs may be occupied. One chair always remains free for someone new to join the conversation.
You are warmly welcome to speak, imagine, or simply listen!
