Release technique is based on breathing, muscle relaxation, and the use of physical laws such as gravity. It is a technique that offers an anatomical perspective on how movements can arise and exist.
Through short exercises and sequences, we explore some of the principles of the release technique. Through guided improvisation exercises, we examine how this technique can help us develop our own movements.
