Mindfulness, a silent and static affair? Not in this course.
We turn our attention inward, focus on our breath AND allow our bodies to move.
We start by grounding and focusing on our body awareness. Once our mind and breath have calmed down, a series of guided improvisations allow for a deeper level of awareness and freedom of movement.
For this workshop, Francesca draws on her background as a yoga and dance teacher. She draws inspiration from various dance improvisation techniques, Hatha and Antastha yoga, mindfulness techniques and somatic practices.
