In this workshop, dancers are invited to explore their aspirations and connect them with the present through creative, introspective movement. Starting with an embodied check-in, you’ll notice how your body feels today and recognize inner beliefs or patterns around moving towards a goal. Through improvisational exercises, both solo and in small groups, you’ll ask questions like: What do I aspire to? How can I embody it in this moment? By turning these reflections into movement, you’ll craft a dance informed by your vision while enjoy inhabiting the present. This workshop allows you to transform goals into a creative, embodied experience, nurturing your growth as an artist and individual.

This workshop can be followed both as an independent workshop or as part of a series in combination with the two suggested courses.
