In this workshop, dancers are invited to explore the concept of inner strength, starting with a mindful check-in to connect with the body’s present state—whether a tense shoulder or a grounded, steady stance. Through playful improvisational exercises, both solo and in pairs or groups, we’ll explore questions like: What is my body telling me? What does resiliece feel like? As you dance through these reflections, you’ll develop a sense of groundedness, body awareness, and an artistic voice that reflects your unique path.

Then the workshops Mindful movement deep dive: exploring emotion through improvisation and Mindful movement deep dive: stepping onto your dancing path are for you! This workshop can be followed both as an independent workshop or as part of a series in combination with the two suggested courses.
