This workshop offers a creative space for dancers to practice the art of emotional expression in movement, beginning with mindful awareness of both physical sensations and inner beliefs that may shape self-expression. In a world that often asks us to hold back, this session invites dancers to connect deeply with their emotions and ask: What do I feel today? What do I hold back, and why? Through improvisational tasks, working individually and in dynamic groups, you’ll explore the freedom of letting emotions shape your dance, whether it’s joy, sorrow, or fear. In this journey of expression and self-discovery, you’ll develop a movement language that embodies your truth with authenticity and artistry.

This workshop can be followed both as an independent workshop or as part of a series in combination with the two suggested courses.
