All musicians, musical styles, instruments and voices are welcome at our open jams! Together, we immerse ourselves in the magic of the moment and let ourselves be carried away by the music and the structure that emerges.
So, usually, we don’t play existing songs or standards, but instead draw on the spontaneous inspiration of all the musicians and singers in the room.
Our jams are primarily intended as a free space for singers and musicians who fancy playing and creating together.
Little or no experience? No worries! The jams are led by our resident music coordinator, Reindert, and his trusty saxophone. He’ll give anyone who needs it a helping hand. Before you know it, you’ll be part of the group.

Good to know if you take a full-day course here: for the lunch break, you can bring your own lunch, eat in at Café Entrepot or buy something at the Lidl supermarket around the corner.
