Do you love the freedom of making music together spontaneously? Then this weekend workshop on instant choral composition is just the thing for you! In this form of improvisation, you’ll create the music together as a choir, on the spot.

We’ll get started with guided exercises, combining breath, movement and vocal expression. We’ll explore how to allow creative freedom by letting go of preconceptions and being fully present in the moment.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll also hone our communication skills, focusing on non-verbal and musical cues that support connection and flow within the group. You’ll develop your ability to listen deeply and learn to perceive both yourself and others clearly. This ensures that we can shape the music together in an organic way.

Finally, we’ll explore the full richness of sounds your voice can produce: every style, texture and tone is welcome, from melodic harmonies to experimental expressions. In this way, we’ll discover just how endless the possibilities are within instant composition.
