Not afraid of a physical challenge? Check! Those who already met Kim know: there will be blissful music, there will be sweating, there will be dancing. Five mornings we will work toward a free, strong and conscious body. This time, repertoire and composition are the focus.
After a brief physical and technical warm-up, we work on learning and adapting dance material. This course is an opportunity to deepen or get acquainted with how to make a good dance phrase. How do you make a choreography richer, more complex, more intriguing? How do you start in the first place?
Kim coaches and guides you every step of the way in working on solo or duo material. In addition, we will also learn exciting phrases from the repertoire Kim is currently touring with. Throughout this material you get to know your own body and movements better. The material is opened up, reinterpreted and brought back together.
Central is the pleasure of dancing to the fullest. We learn to consciously trace our physical sensations and emotions, experience them and use them as color in choreography.
