The autumn 'FLUX-atelier' series focuses on typography, with one Friday a month dedicated to exploring a different aspect of typography.
Here is the October 'FLUX-atelier': from letter to seal
What makes a letterform recognisable, powerful or personal? In this workshop, we’ll explore the important components of letterforms through hands-on activities, drawing inspiration from old seals and contemporary logos. Along the way, we’ll seek out new combinations and develop our own visual language. In this way, we’ll create our own ‘watermark’ as a stamp or seal.
