In these in-depth sessions, we elaborate on the insights from the basic series 'Bodywork into Movement: Conne-x-ions'.
The connection with our body through a somatic approach is still central. However, the centre of gravity and the in-depth element of these sessions shifts to the dance section.
We redefine our physical intelligence and refine our dance potential to dance together from openness and expanding trust. We practice, research, play and above all: we experience how a sense of connection can lead to dance moments of pure beauty!

Good to know if you take a full-day course here: for the lunch break, you can bring your own lunch, eat in at Café Entrepot or buy something at the Lidl supermarket around the corner.
