Lander Casier

Lander Casier (he/they) is a Belgian artist currently active in Sweden and Belgium. He works with both movement and choreography, both with a desire to stay small as an artist. Moving away from black box performances where performers stand on a stage and the audience sits comfortably in a seat, their interest lies in the actual spaces we share. Lander completed their final year of high school at de! Kunsthumaniora Antwerpen (BE) as well as a bachelor's degree in Dance at ArtEZ University of the Arts (NL) with brilliance. Since 2021, Lander has been working in Sweden and is an active member of Norrdans, the dance company of Northern Sweden (SWE).
