Our bodies are beautiful machines. We use them every day, yet how often do we allow them to lead the way? In this workshop, inspired by dance theatre and mime, immerse yourself in a contemporary dance experience that explores the vast potential of the body in motion.

Our practice considers the body as a sentient creature capable of both instinctive and rationalized movement, aiming to illuminate the difference between the two. What if we paused the constant control and allowed our bodies to move us, becoming spectators of our own graceful motion? In a world dominated by busy minds, let's carve out space for our bodies to guide us, leading us from playful exploration to a heightened awareness of our movement.

Discover the dance within you as we delve into the unique intelligence of the body, unveiling its capacity for instinctive expression and deliberate movement. Join us on a journey where the body takes the lead, inviting you to let go, play, and become attuned to the subtle language of your own motion.

Practical

Wear clothes in which you can easily move. We dance barefoot. Bring a bottle of water and a light lunch.

Level of experience

Level X: for everyone, regardless of previous moving or dancing experience.
