You like dancing and want to stay in shape? This series offers you both.
During five weeks you build up stamina and (further) discover all that contemporary dance is and can be. Movement phrases and intensive improvisations alternate, but for this workout, Francesca also draws inspiration from yoga practices and many other bodywork techniques.
Each session ends with a blissful moment of stretching and care.

Good to know if you take a full-day course here: for the lunch break, you can bring your own lunch, eat in at Café Entrepot or buy something at the Lidl supermarket around the corner.
