Do you love to dance and do you want to work on your physical health/power? With this series, you combine the two!
For eight weeks, you will build stamina and discover (further) what contemporary dance is and can be. Semi-structured movement sequences and intensive improvisation exercises alternate, but for this workout teacher Francesca also draws inspiration from yoga practices and numerous other bodywork techniques. At the end of each session, you will enjoy all the more a blissful stretching and soaking moment.

Good to know if you take a full-day course here: for the lunch break, you can bring your own lunch, eat in at Café Entrepot or buy something at the Lidl supermarket around the corner.
