Dynamic release focuses on the relation between a relaxed body and its ability to express dynamic movements.
We start with some exercises to release the connective tissues and bring a sense of openness throughout the body. From there, we literally move on to energetic dances!
We learn to move efficiently and we use the gravity to move towards and from the floor.
In a pleasant and playful way, we connect the different body parts, we explore different speeds, directions and qualities of movement.
At the end of each session, you will walk out with a strong and receptive body and a nicely released mind.

Good to know if you take a full-day course here: for the lunch break, you can bring your own lunch, eat in at Café Entrepot or buy something at the Lidl supermarket around the corner.
