In this workshop, we focus on the relationship between the body and the voice. The goal is to make room for them to interact, play together, have fun, listen to each other, agree, disagree, they will have a dance, enhance each other, channel and unlock new ways of expression.

Sometimes we will abstract the voice and the body from each other, then let them meet again, with new gained perspectives.

Through some scores and exercises, we will explore how the voice can affect the body, and the other way around. We will explore working with voice as a full body practice. We will play, explore and move individually as well as with partners and the whole group.

Two mornings of discovering tools for expression through the body in interaction with the voice!

Practical

Wear clothes in which you can move easily. We move barefoot. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated!

Level of experience

Level X: This workshop is for anyone who looks for a playful exploration of the voice and our expressive body. The sessions are inspiring and accessible, regardless of previous singing or dance experience. A desire to move is required though.
