Brandon Lagaert

Brandon joined Peeping Tom in 2013 for the creation of 'Father', as well as being part of the casts of Mother, Child, Dido & Aeneas and La Visita. It is at Peeping Tom that he developed his signature style as a multidisciplinary performer. His work combines elements from different disciplines, such as urban and contemporary dance, theatre, and film. As a director, he starts from the perspective of the performer to create a certain foundation, before tackling the broader structure of the work. He does this under the name of his own company 'KAIHO', of which the award-winning performances 'Subdued' and 'Doggy Rugburn' are an integral part. In 2022, he made 'Next Stop' with the graduating students of the mime department at AHK Amsterdam.
