Georgy Chtchevaev

Georgy Chtchevaev graduated as a performer and maker from LUCA Drama and is currently studying Cultural Studies as ManaMa at KU Leuven. The combination of gender identity, queerness and technology are central to their work. At the crossroads between theatre, drag, visual arts and music, they are in rare interdisciplinary territory. From generic pop to ritualistic chants, experimental scream poetry and poignant lip syncs; anything goes. They also organises quite a few queer-minded cultural events with the Queer Leuven organisation, including the recent Queer Arts Festival Leuven.
