Denis Boakye Mensah

Denis Boakye Mensah is a slam poet, podcast host and writer also known as "the silent voice". After several years working as an electrical engineer, he traded in his technical toolbox for a literary toolkit, brimming with imagery, metaphor and rhyme. In 2021 he won the BK Slam preliminary round of Flanders and managed to secure a spot in the finals. "The silent voice podcast" is one of his favorite pastimes in which he looks at various themes from an often philosophical and spiritual perspective.
