Free dancing, just for fun!

We start with a guided warm-up and (hopefully) that will get you dancing. You move as you want and every now and then Hilke will give an instruction for extra dance inspiration. No movement is too crazy! Everyone is welcome.

Practical

Wear clothes in which you can move easily. Bring also a bottle of water for during breaks

Level of experience

Level X: this 'course' is open to everyone! The more the merrier
