During this short introduction to “instant composition” we open our senses and discover the different elements to make a choreography in the moment, while improvising. We zoom in on different parameters that can range from our own dancing body, the connection to the other and the space to the connection to the music. We sharpen our ability to move, listen and react.
Oona Van Aken bases this workshop on insights gained in the master classes of Maya M. Carroll, Julyen Hamilton, Matej Kejzar, Martin Sonderkamp and others, as well as her own choreographic work.
