This exploratory dance course invites participants of all experience levels to embark on a creative journey inspired by the book Women who run with wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés. During the course, we tap into the instinctive knowledge within us. Through improvisation, self-examination and embodied exploration, participants will sharpen their intuition.
We dive into themes of holding on and letting go, leaving and staying. Together, we will create a performance that reflects the authentic experiences of each participant, exploring movement through a collaborative process that includes not only choreography, but also creative input for costumes and lighting. This course is a rare opportunity to experience the full cycle of creation and performance, with plenty of room for self-expression along the way.
Check www.opek.be for more information about how to get here. At the first session, you will be welcomed by someone from WISPER who will tell you exactly where in/around the building your course takes place.
Good to know if you take a full-day course here: for the lunch break, you can bring your own lunch, eat in at Café Entrepot or buy something at the Lidl supermarket around the corner.
