Ready for a dynamic & playful dive into the world of contemporary dance?

Our basic courses are all about discovering and developing the potential of our dancing body. We explore basic elements of contemporary dance. We grow in body awareness and learn more about use of space, musicality and composition.

Both technique, improvisation and composition are covered in our contemporary dance classes. We stimulate our senses, our creative capacity and open and broaden our movement vocabulary.

Evenings full of dance, discovery, creation and, above all, fun. Perfect for beginning dancers and motivated movers!

For your information: This course will be taught in English.

Practical

Wear clothes in which you can move around easily. Bring a bottle of water for during breaks. We dance barefoot.

Level of experience

Level 1: this series will give you a foundation in contemporary dance. No dance experience or prior knowledge is required. Also ideal for when you want to refresh or further master the basics.
