Audrey Ikirezi

From a young age, Audrey Ikirezi Jackson wanted nothing more than to make and play. She eventually took the plunge professionally as well and took a chance on 'De Nieuwe Spelers'. Meanwhile, she is studying teaching and directing at the Toneelacademie in Maastricht. As an actress, playwrighter and teacher, she believes it is important that there is adequate representation in the theater field and that every voice is listened to. Audrey believes that performing arts are the perfect way to make your voice heard (with or without language) and make change presentable.
