Antoinette Helbing

Antoinette Helbing is a choreographer, dancer, teacher and Feldenkrais practitioner based in Copenhagen, Denmark. After her training at the ArtEZ Dance Academy in Arnhem (NL) and a two-year excursion as a member of the Theater Görlitz, she began working as a freelance artist. She divides her time between creating, performing and teaching. Her choreographic work is driven by her desire to create art that evokes a sense of belonging and empathy in the viewer. What does it mean to exist as a body in our modern world?
