Lien Wildemeersch

Lien Wildemeersch (°1983) studied Germanic Languages in Kortrijk and Leuven and also obtained a certificate in Philosophy and a diploma in Teacher Training. From 2005 to 2009 she studied theater at the Conservatory of Ghent where she graduated magna cum laude. Her performance Manson / People was selected for the ITs Festival - the International Theatre School Festival - in Amsterdam. For her performance she received the Kemn-A-ward as a promising acting talent.

At NTGent she played in Kasimir and Karoline, Underground, Aida*, Yonder between the nettles, Candide, Children of the sun, The bitter tears of Petra von Kant, Kleine Eyolf, Platonov, Parsifal, Hotel Malaria, Elektra, 4.48 Psychosis and The cherry garden. Lien is also a musician: she plays the piano, cello, harp and accordion.
