During this workshop, we will discuss dance as an inherent part of our existence and what this means in the context of art education and dance sessions.
Dance is everywhere, we can begin to perceive dance everywhere. In ourselves (small dance), around ourselves. In how all things interact and are connected. Why do people dance? What makes us dance? When does dance arise? What is the role of a group within this?
During this day, we will take phenomena from the world around us, from real life, as a starting point to discuss the objectives of group dance sessions. We will engage in thought and dance experiments, starting with what already exists and then choosing a direction and focus.
Together, we will attempt to visualize learning paths and intentions for group sessions. Shall we call them foundations, direction, a vision? In any case, the possibilities in our minds will open up and inspiration will grow.
For any dance and movement teacher who wants to give their sessions and classes a firmer foundation and clearer direction!
