Soundlab sessions & modular meets

You're all about synths, samplers and drum computers? You have homemade electronic, experimental instruments or a real modular system? You would like to try out and exchange with others here? Welcome!

These sessions are there for anyone with a curiosity about experimental and electronic music. The modular meets are specifically for those who are passionate about modular synthesizers, and in the sound lab we work with all kinds of electronic instruments.

You can bring your own sound makers for this, but there is also always basic material available to work with. The approach of each meeting is determined by the instruments and ideas put on the table at the start by participants and teacher.

Register for one of the sessions:

16 February between 19.00 and 22.00: sound lab

19 March between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.: modular meet

22 April between 14.00 and 18.00: sound lab

30 May between 19.00 and 22.00: sound lab

10 June between 10.00 and 22.00: modular day

We go for an all-may-come vibe among musical allies where you can experiment with soundscapes, ambient tracks, noise,... We look for sounds and rhythmic or melodic motifs and connect everything to each other and to the mixer.

Don't expect a one-way course where the teacher is the only one giving input! In the sound lab, active participation and experimentation are paramount. Curious about what that will give you? There's only one way to find out: let's modulor meet!
