In this dance and movement workshop, we meet as a group. Starting from simplicity and contact, we explore what it is like to move together: as one body, as one organism flowing through space.
We carry and are carried. We catch each other. We run and jump. The movement arises from being together. Sometimes you take the initiative, sometimes you let yourself be carried along. Like a swarm, we move through space, carried by a shared dynamic. This process appeals to instinct and trust.
The workshop is partly inspired by Passing Through and works with elements of contact, running, and carrying. An invitation to experience what arises when we move as part of a whole. Because what is more powerful than being and moving together?
