a breath, a memory, a tilt of the head, a wave of emotion, a story, a sigh.
Movement emerges from what moves us inside.
Everything begins in this beautiful, messy mass:
the body – our home.
In this workshop, you'll explore your body as a living archive of silences, untold stories, and contradictions. When everything around us seems to be falling apart and chaos reigns supreme, how can you reinvent yourself and reclaim space within?
In this workshop, you'll create a map of your inner landscape and explore the relationship between your personal story, your body, and the space around you.
We'll take time to draw this map and explore it visually, physically, and sensorially. We'll visit each other's landscapes: we'll support, adapt, and let our imaginations run wild.
We'll observe what is, and then imagine what could be.
Through dance, improvisation, movement exploration, and soundscapes, we'll discover how the body speaks its own language.
