Mindfulness a silent and static affair? Not at WISPER!
We turn our attention inwards, focus on breathing ánd let our body move.
We start by grounding and focusing on our body awareness. Once our mind and breath have calmed down, a series of guided improvisation exercises bring us to a deeper level of awareness and freedom of movement.
For this workshop, Francesca falls back on her background as a yoga and dance teacher. She draws inspiration from various dance improvisation techniques, Hatha & Antastha yoga, mindfulness techniques and somatic practices.
